A police chase overnight after gang members in a stolen vehicle with drugs inside led police at speeds of up to 90 mph before wrecking into a tree.
It began near I-10 and Houston Street. After chasing the vehicle through the town of Kerby and towards Converse, deputies were able to place spikes in the roadway causing the truck to wreck. The two suspects tried to flee on foot after hitting the tree, but were quickly captured.
