Carlos Correa's days with the Houston Astros are over. Correa is headed to the Minnesota Twins in a blockbuster deal.
Correa has been with the Astors for seven seasons that saw him being honored with AL Rookie of the Year honors in 2015 and the Golden Glove award in 2021, in addition to helping bring Houston the World Series Championship in 2017.
Reports say Correa will earn $35.1 million annually under the deal with the Twins and can opt out after the 2022 and 2023 seasons to become a free agent again.
