The National Transportation Safety Board says a 13-year-old driver was behind the wheel in a crash that left nine dead in Texas. A Ford pickup truck slammed into a van carrying the University of the Southwest golf teams Tuesday night. Six students and the head coach died in the accident along with the driver and passenger of the truck. The students ranged in age from 18- to 22-years-old. The NTSB's Bruce Landsberg says a 13-year-old was behind the wheel of the three-quarter ton pickup truck when a spare tire on the front had a blowout. Landsberg says the pickup, which was piloted by a 13-year-old, was going more than 70-miles an hour when the blowout happened.
