Sentencing is scheduled for June in the case of a Texas man convicted on Tuesday for his participation in last year's unrest at the Capitol. The federal jury found 49-year-old Guy Reffitt guilty of all five criminal counts, including interference with the certification of the 2020 election. Reffitt will be sentenced on June 8th. He faces up to 20-years for each of two obstruction-related offenses, up to five-years for each of two civil disorder convictions, and up to ten-years for taking a gun into the Capitol.
