Republicans say their efforts to attract more Hispanic voters in San Antonio are starting to get results. The Republican National Committee has created a new RNC Hispanic Community Center on the city's southeast side. The center is in a ZIP code where 60-percent of the residents are Hispanic. It hosts events such as job training, Second Amendment workshops, movie nights, and potluck dinners. The GOP says the results of Tuesday's primary are encouraging.
