Ukrainian forces are holding the capital city, Kyiv for now, as Russia's invasion shows no sign of letting up. It's now been three days since Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered his forces across the border into neighboring Ukraine. Men between the ages of 18 and 60 are banned from leaving Ukraine and the president is asking Ukrainians living abroad to return home if they can to fight for their country.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is turning down an offer from the U.S. to evacuate the country. Zelensky is in Ukraine's capital, Kyiv, which is currently under attack by Russian forces. According to the Ukraine embassy in Britain, Zelensky said, "The fight is here -- I need ammunition, not a ride." A tweet from the embassy said this morning, "Ukrainians are proud of their President."
