That price is down one-cent from a week ago, and is 83-cents higher than a year ago. The national average is $3.54. Gas supplies are slightly lower and demand is a tad higher, but crude prices topped $100 a barrel after Russia invaded Ukraine on Thursday, so drivers should brace for higher gas prices. The average price at the pump in San Antonio is $3.10.
