VP Harris Warns Of 'Severe Consequences' If Russia Invades Ukraine

Vice President Harris says there will be "severe consequences" if Russia invades Ukraine. She made that comment while meeting with the NATO secretary-general at the Munich Security Conference. She said those consequences would come in the form of sanctions from the U.S. Harris also described the present situation as a "dynamic moment in time." Speaking with reporters on Thursday, President Biden said a Russian invasion could start in the next several days.
