The U.S. defense secretary is pushing back on claims that Russia has pulled back troops from the border with Ukraine. Lloyd Austin said it's actually the opposite situation as more troops are being added. He explained troops are moving closer to the border. His pushback against Russian claims of a withdrawal echo what Secretary of State Antony Blinken said yesterday. He noted there's a difference between what Russia says and what they actually do. Blinken will speak to the UN Security Council meeting at 10 am Eastern this morning.
