Texas Sues Biden Administration Over Mask Mandate On Airplanes

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is suing the Biden Administration over the federal mask mandate on airplanes. Paxton and Republican Congresswoman Beth Van Duyne filed the lawsuit Wednesday, claiming that the mask requirement is a "restriction on travelers' liberty." In a statement, the AG said the president "cannot continue governing through executive edicts." Paxton's office has already been in legal battles with the federal government over vaccine mandates for large businesses, federal contractors, and healthcare workers.
