The Jazz took care of business against one of the worst teams in the NBA. Utah defeated the Houston Rockets 135-101 in Salt Lake City. Donovan Mitchell led all scorers with 30 points and Hassan Whiteside had 11 points and 14 rebounds off the bench. The Jazz improved to 36-and-21. Kenyon Martin Jr. paced Houston with 16 points, while Eric Gordon and Jae'Sean Tate each scored 14 points. The Rockets fell to 15-and-41.
