Officers are investigating the shooting death of a man who was found in his car in the parking lot of a Northwest Side restaurant. Police responded just before 4 a.m. Sunday to the reported shooting on NW Loop 410 near Summit Parkway. The victim, a 25-year-old man, pulled his car into a Chili's parking lot, and officers found he was dead at the scene. There were no witnesses to the shooting, officers don't know where or why it happened, and the suspect is on the loose.
