A five-year bond program of more than a billion-dollars will be placed before San Antonio voters on a May 7th ballot. City Council approved the final list of bond projects on Thursday morning. Voters will decide separately on six propositions, namely streets, bridges, and sidewalks; parks and recreation; drainage and flood control; affordable housing; public safety facilities; and libraries and cultural facilities. The six areas include 183 different projects. The bond proposal doesn't include a tax increase.
