A San Antonio man is off to prison for 32-years for stabbing a man to death in 2019. Jimmy Turner pleaded no contest last year to the murder of Kevin Ryan at a Northeast Side motel as the two men reportedly argued over a woman. Turner was sentenced on Tuesday. During the sentencing hearing, he claimed self-defense and asked for leniency. Witnesses testified Turner was in a raged and even attacked the woman he and Ryan were fighting over. Turner got the stiffest sentence possible under his plea agreement.
