A man who was throwing random objects from the 24th floor of Houston's JPMorgan Chase Tower has been taken into custody. A SWAT team and hostage negotiators responded to reports of a man tossing objects from a broken window of the skyscraper's 24th floor Saturday. It's unclear how the man gained access to the downtown office building. No injuries were reported.
