Dozens of local residents are sending their applications for mail-in ballots to the wrong place. Bexar County Clerk Lucy Adame-Clark says her office has received about 90 of the applications so far, even though she doesn't administer elections. Adame-Clark says the county clerk hasn't been the elections administrator for 20-years or more. Jacque Callanen is the Bexar County Elections Administrator, and residents can request or download an application from her office.
