The man who allegedly sold the gun used to take hostages at a Texas synagogue is under arrest. Henry Williams is facing a federal firearms charge. The Department of Justice says the sale happened at an intersection in South Dallas, just two days before the terrorist attack. Williams told investigators that Malik Faisal Akram wanted the gun to intimidate someone who owed him money. He was caught thanks to an analysis of cell phone records. The pair exchanged several calls.
