It looks like Texas' six-week abortion ban will stay in place for the foreseeable future. This comes after the U.S. Supreme Court is rejecting another bid to block the ban. Thursday's ruling was six-three along ideological lines. It provides another setback for abortion providers, who are trying to revive challenges to the law about five-months after it went into effect. A federal appeals court had previously sent the case to the Texas Supreme Court.
