Two men have been arrested in Britain in connection with the Texas synagogue standoff. Manchester Police released a statement today saying two suspects were arrested in Manchester and Birmingham as part of their ongoing investigation into Saturday's eleven-hour standoff. No details have been released about the suspects.
On Saturday, a 44-year-old British national held several people hostage at a synagogue in Colleyville before being shot dead by FBI agents. A British official confirmed this week that the man was known to UK security services and had been investigated before. Two teenagers arrested in the U.K. not long after the synagogue standoff ended have since been released without charge.
