The State of Texas will not be giving out as many voter registration cards this year. The Secretary of State's office says they will only be able to give out 2,000 registration forms to those who request them due to supply chain issues. The office blamed the limit on a paper shortage, along with a rise in price of paper. The cap on registration forms is expected to impact groups across the state that work to register new voters.
