San Antonio Metropolitan Health District reports the city's coronavirus positivity rate is more than 38%, up from 31% last week. City health officials recommend residents to consider using a self-test before they join an indoor gathering with people who aren't in their household. A positive self-test result means you're infected, and should stay away from indoor gatherings to reduce the risk of spreading the virus to others.
