The FBI is identifying the man behind a terrorist attack on a Texas synagogue. Special agent Matthew DeSarno with the FBI's Dallas Field Office say 44-year-old British national Malik Faisal Akram was the man responsible for the hostage-taking at the Congregation Beth Israel synagogue in Colleyville. Akram was killed after a nearly 12-hour standoff with police that ended Saturday night. Authorities have not yet confirmed his cause of death.
