The Georgia Bulldogs are national champions after defeating the Alabama Crimson Tide 33-18 in Indianapolis. Kelee Ringo returned an interception 79 yards for a touchdown to seal the deal for the Bulldogs. Stetson Bennett threw two touchdowns, including a go-ahead score to Adonai Mitchell to give Georgia the lead for good. It's the first national championship for the Bulldogs since 1980. Bryce Young threw a touchdown and two interceptions in the loss. Cameron Latu caught a touchdown for Alabama, which was unsuccessful in its defense of last year's national title.
