Police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man who was leaving a hookah lounge on the Northwest Side over the weekend. Officers responded about 3 a.m. Sunday to the lounge on West Avenue near Cliffwood. Police say the 28-year-old man was walking to his car when somebody opened fire on him from a passing vehicle. He was wounded twice in the leg, and later died at University Hospital.
