A federal judge in Texas is blocking the Pentagon from punishing three-dozen Navy SEALs and other special forces members who refused COVID-19 vaccines on religious grounds. On Monday, U.S. District Judge Reed O'Connor in Fort Worth issued a preliminary injunction barring the Navy and the Defense Department from enforcing the vaccine mandate. O'Connor said in his ruling that the Navy has not granted a single religious exemption to the vaccine rule.
