A man faces charges for a DWI accident that killed a woman and injured five other people on the Northwest Side. The accident happened right after 6 p.m. Saturday on Culebra Road at North Zarzamora Street. Police say a Dodge Ram ran a red light and hit the passenger side of a Chevy Silverado, knocking it into a Jeep. One person in the Jeep and three people in the Silverado were hospitalized with serious injuries. A woman in the Silverado was killed. The driver of the Dodge Ram was reportedly intoxicated. Police say he'll be charged with intoxication manslaughter and three counts of intoxication assault.
