The Red Raiders have won their first bowl game since 2013. Texas Tech crushed Mississippi State 34-7 in the Liberty Bowl in Memphis. The Red Raiders ran all over the Bulldogs defense with 260 rushing yards and three touchdowns. Tahj Brooks led the pack with 107 yards on 16 carries. Tech's defense also held stout and forced three turnovers in the victory. The Red Raiders finish the season 7-and-6.
