Senator Ted Cruz is expressing a definite interest in another run for the White House. The Texas Republican told a teenage interviewer from Alabama that he would "absolutely" consider another presidential run. Cruz told the teen his 2016 campaign was "the most fun I've ever had in my life." Of the 17 GOP candidates in 2016, Cruz was the one who came in second-best to Donald Trump. The second-term senator hasn't mentioned a 2024 run, but he told the interviewer there's precedent for the "runner-up" to be the party's next nominee.
