Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is saying he'll bring the fight against the federal vaccine mandate for large businesses all the way to the Supreme Court. The pledge came after the 6th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals ruled the Biden administration mandate could take effect. It specifies that companies with more than 100 employees must require that they are vaccinated by January 4th or get tested weekly for the virus. Paxton's office joined several Republican-led states opposing the federal policy for private companies. Paxton called the mandate 'un-American' in a tweet posted Friday.
