Two teams in contention for next year's top draft pick meet this Sunday in Jacksonville. The Jaguars take on the Texans in an AFC South battle between two 2-and-11 teams. Jacksonville comes off its worst offensive performance of the season with a shutout loss to the Titans. That loss contributed to Urban Meyer's exit from Jacksonville, who was fired as head coach earlier this week. Things aren't much better for Houston, which lost its third straight at the hands of the Seahawks last week. Rookie Davis Mills made the start and threw for 331 yards and a touchdown on 33-of-49 pass attempts. The Texans have now gone five straight games scoring less than 20 points.
