Things did not go great for the Longhorns in the Big East-Big 12 Battle. Number-11 Texas was upset 64-60 by 25th-ranked Seton Hall in Newark, New Jersey. The teams traded shots in the final minute as the Pirates handed the Longhorns their second loss of the season. Tre Mitchell had 19 points and 11 rebounds in the losing effort. Texas falls to 6-and-2 with both of its losses coming on the road.
