The Cowboys are getting some reinforcements ahead of Sunday's divisional battle. Dallas announced Tuesday that four players and five coaches were cleared to return from the Reserve/COVID-19 list. Offensive lineman Terence Steele was the lone player returning to the active roster after he missed last week's win over the Saints. Mike McCarthy was not among the coaches to return as he's working through the NFL's protocols.
