A $10 billion lawsuit is being filed over Travis Scott's deadly Southeast Texas music festival. Houston attorney Brent Coon says it's shameful the rapper and other organizers did nothing to end Astroworld early last month. He believes security and promoters knew people were being killed and hurt when fans rushed the stage. Scott's attorneys have said there's no way he could have ended the concert early. Ten people died.
