The State of Texas will be building a section of border wall in Starr County. Texas Land Commissioner George P. Bush announced yesterday that the state has signed a lease agreement to allow the construction. The property is located in an area south of Alto Bonito and west of La Grulla. The Texas Department of Public Safety will oversee construction and pay for the project. A timeline for construction has not been set.
