One week after a crowd surge killed nine people at the Astroworld Festival in Houston, a lawsuit has been filed involving more than 200 victims. Attorney Ben Crump says they were injured mentally and physically when the crowd surged toward the stage during rapper Travis Scott's performance.
"They never thought they would be at the concert hearing people say something that we hear far too much now, people screaming I can't breath," said Crump. "They witnessed people crying out in agony as they were trampled on and they were stepped on and they were crushed."
He's asking people who have video of the festival to share it.
