A Texas court is ruling in favor of San Antonio and Bexar County in a mask lawsuit involving Governor Greg Abbott. Fourth Court of Appeals judges today upheld a temporary restraining order allowing the local governments to require masks inside certain buildings. Abbott says San Antonio and Bexar County can't issue the face-covering rules due to an executive order. Judges disagreed saying the Texas Disaster Act does not give him the power to suspend certain laws. A trial is set for December 13th.
