Questions remain as to how a San Antonio woman's severed head ended up in Louisiana. Sally Hines was 58-years-old when she disappeared from Leon Valley in December 2017. Three months later, work crews in the Sabine National Wildlife Refuge in southwest Louisiana found Hines's head in a plastic bag. Another three-years later, Cameron Parish investigators got a call from a tipster who had found some info online that led to the identification of the remains. But nobody knows what happened to Hines, or who did it, or why.
