The Biden Administration says the federal COVID vaccine mandate supersedes all state and local laws, including Governor Abbott's executive order. The Governor announced last month that all entities in Texas cannot require employees to get vaccinated after the President announced his mandate in September. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration announced yesterday that anyone who works at a company with 100 or more employees must be vaccinated by January Fourth. Attorney General Ken Paxton said he plans to sue the administration over the mandate.
