Health officials around the state say they're prepared to vaccinate kids age five to 11. Tarrant County Public Health Director Vinny Taneja says the county expects to receive 60-thousand-doses of the child-friendly vaccine over the next week or so. Dallas County also got a shipment of pediatric vaccines on Tuesday. El Paso Children's Hospital is already vaccinating kids against COVID-19. The hospital began administering the Pfizer version of the vaccine last night after the CDC gave the green light.
