Family Of Child Killed In Drag Race Crash Plans To Sue

The family of a six-year-old boy who was killed last month at a drag race in Kerrville plans to sue the event's organizer. Chance Jones and his girlfriend Mary Kate Walls were injured, and Jones's son Daniel Trujillo-Jones died at the scene. The deadly crash happened during "Airport Race Wars 2" held at the Kerrville-Kerr County Airport. The couple on Tuesday announced the lawsuit against Flyin' Diesel Performance and Offroad. Another boy and his aunt were also killed. The family is seeking more than a million-dollars in monetary relief.
