A San Antonio man is sentenced to prison for 15-years after a jury convicted him on Wednesday of murdering his wife. Louis Benevento took the witness stand to tell of the night in 2019 when his wife, Alicia Wills, was killed. Benevento claimed he shot Wills in self-defense after she attacked him and pulled a gun on him. Prosecutors say some of his testimony was different from what he told police the night of the shooting. The jury found Benevento guilty of murder, and sentenced him a few hours later.
