Police are looking for a driver who left the scene after hitting a pedestrian who was crossing Bandera Road on Wednesday night. The accident happened around 9:40 p.m. on Bandera near Sherril Brook Road. Officers say a northbound truck hit the man and knocked him into the southbound lanes. The truck driver left the scene, and a southbound car hit the pedestrian again. Police say the driver of the car pulled over after the accident. EMS officials pronounced the man dead at the scene.
