San Antonio health officials say they're identifying locations across the region for COVID-19 vaccinations for children aged 12 and younger. This follows the White House announcement yesterday saying it's prepared to launch the vaccination campaign for children aged eleven years and younger once the FDA and the CDC have approved the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine. The administration's plan calls for more than 25-thousand pediatric and primary care providers to distribute the vaccine to children. A spokesperson for Metro Health says possible locations for vaccinations include Alamodome's drive-through clinic and Metro Health's pop-up clinics.
