Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton says he's suing the Biden administration over the situation at the border. Paxton was in Del Rio on Tuesday to talk with local leaders and landowners about the surge in illegal immigrants and the harm the influx is doing to the border community. Uvalde Mayor Don McLaughlin says the swarm of illegals has created chaos in his rural town about 70-miles from the border. Paxton says he's filed six lawsuits against the Biden administration to call attention to border problems.
