Officials from UTSA and the United States Air Force Academy on Tuesday announced that the two schools have agreed to a future home-and-home football series.
The Roadrunners and Falcons, members of the Mountain West Conference, will meet for the first time on Sept. 30, 2028, in San Antonio. UTSA also is slated to face Texas State on Sept. 9 and Texas the following Saturday that season.
UTSA will travel to Colorado Springs to meet Air Force for a second time on Sept. 11, 2032, in what will be the 31st anniversary of 9/11. This is the first non-conference game announced for the Roadrunners’ 2032 schedule.
The Roadrunners are off to the best start in school history at 6-0 and are bowl eligible for the second straight season. They will host Rice (2-3, 1-0 C-USA) this Saturday, Oct. 16. Kickoff is set for 5 p.m. at the Alamodome
