The jury in John Scharringhausen's murder trial is dismissed after he entered a plea of no contest on Wednesday. As court began, the defense attorney asked the judge to prevent a TV crew from recording Scharringhausen's testimony. The lawyer said Scharringhausen planned to name other people involved in the murder of Anthony Sanks. He would also name his gang affiliation and tell of other crimes he had committed. Scharringhausen changed his plea to guilty, then changed it again to no contest. He will be sentenced December 2nd.
