San Antonio Mayor Ron Nirenberg says the coronavirus positivity rate in Bexar County has dropped to just below 4%. That's down from 5% last week, as pandemic numbers continue to improve. The county's risk level is now at "mild" for the first time since July, Nirenberg said. He pointed out that the number of hospitalizations is also trending down, and that 80% of hospitalized patients are unvaccinated.
