The FBI is looking into an alleged assault on a female service member at an Afghan refugee camp in New Mexico. Officials at Fort Bliss say the service member reported the assault happened last week "by a small group of male evacuees" at the Dona Ana Complex. The base noted appropriate care and support was given to the service member. Extra security measures will also be put in place, including additional lighting and enforcing the buddy system. The camp, just north of the El Paso, Texas base, was set up to house evacuees following the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan.
