The Cowboys are ruling out three players for their Monday night game. Head coach Mike McCarthy said defensive end Dorance Armstrong, defensive tackle Carlos Watkins and offensive tackle Ty Nsekhe will not will not play against the Eagles in the team's home opener. Armstrong is dealing with an ankle injury, Watkins has a knee issue and Nsekhe has an illness. On the bright side, receiver Amari Cooper is progressing from his bruised ribs.
