In-person jury trials will resume in Bexar County on October 4th. Administrative judge Ron Rangel announced on Wednesday that he was giving the green light for county courts to start in-person jury proceedings and trials again. Rangel suspended in-person jury trials in August because of another increase in coronavirus cases. This latest moratorium was issued just two-months after courts reopened following a shutdown since the start of the pandemic. Masks will be required for court observers sitting in the gallery.
